I've actually found that outside it thrives in a little bit of shade. Strong, direct light burnt the leaves a bit, but it is thriving right now in morning sun and afternoon shade. Even when it is not in bloom the variegated leaves provide interest. Propagation from cuttings is easy and super-quick.

I don't notice any scen...Read Moret, and have never gotten my citrina to set fruit/seed, but I routinely neglect this plant to the point where I think 'it's for real not coming back this time' and yet it always does. Very forgiving. Has survived my not watering it (it's in a container) for months at a time. I suppose I really should be nicer to it... LOL
