It bloomed beautifully for the first time, which told me two things. It wants good dirt, and it needs time to establish. It was well established in its pot when I planted it, and I was careful to not disturb the roots. Some daylilies thrive on being moved, some need time to settle in. I think CS is in the latter category. The last point you ought to know is that it is not open early in the morning. This can be a problem for hybridizers and people who want to walk their gardens before work. It sure is pretty when it is open!
