Each morning I see these birds visiting our neighborhood, and my front yard…Flocks of 15-30, juveniles and adults, feasting on the bugs they find in my yard and garden…Such a treat! The guttteral sounds they make as they forage is interesting…Leaves me wondering what it is that they are saying to each other…..Their beaks penetrate deep into the ground and I see them come up with some very fat, and I'm sure very tasty grubs. Wonderful to watch!

its nice to see flocks of these birds land in the yards, they form crowds of white feathery friends, moving quickly through everyone's lawns looking for bugs. they make a really strange guttural noise, but its very quiet/low.

Strange birds - when I visited Disney World in Florida they were everywhere - either in small groups feeding in short grass areas on roadsides or begging for foods, replacing gulls or geese, depending on what part of the country you live at the quietest Disney parks like Animal Kingdom or water rides.
