We had a huge old starfruit tree (carambola) in the backyard of the last place we lived, the fruit was always crispy, sweet and very juic...Read Morey... It had thick flower clusters and produced more fruit than we could handle....so I learned to make preserves and pickles with it....and we also shared a lot with neighbors.
I would love to have one where we are now...
