It will be many years I think before I see it flower. Several authors (2010) feel that Aloe hijzensis is the same thing and ranges overlap in Yemen. This aloe is closely related to Aloe vacillans.

I haven't seen the flower. They are all single stem so far. Largest is over 2 feet in diameter and as tall.
