When it bloomed it stood above everything in its bed of 100+ varieties (rivaled only in size and stature by 'Cowabunga'). The name fits as each fall was easily the size of my palm. It later went on to take runner up at our show.
If it continues on this course I'll only have words of praise for this variety.
