One of these fellows appeared on a Calla Lily blossom in my front patio and remained there for about a week. He appears to be a talented hunter. Some of his victims, including a fly and a bee, were evident down in the depths of the blossom. His last victim was a spider, possibly a female Green Lynx, her partially eaten corpse hanging from a thread. I'm located in San Diego county, California and haven't seen one of these pretty spiders before.

Found a Green Lynx Spider hanging out on my green peppers plants. Very beautiful. I just hope it leaves my bees alone. Doesn't seem to be aggressive, just hangs out all day. I am careful not disturb it, but I will need to pick those peppers soon.

On one hand I know this spider keeps away pests I don't want but they also have a big appetite for bees and I need those to pollinate my pepper garden.

I normally dont care for spiders, but this transluscent green spider likes to sit on my son's butterfly bush blooms and is very docile and seems pretty harmless, It has some neat markings on his back which are like a series of stacked stripes on a kind of white appearing flat base color that seems to be the only part of him that is not transclucent. if you look real close he also appears to have little hairs too coming off the orangey red and purple spots on his little legs.

REALLY beautiful bug. He was hanging out in our shower for a few days before we were able to catch him. Very fast and saw us coming every time. We put him outside and now he lives on our plants. A lot of fun to watch.

Just built last year. This is the first summer of vegetation around my house. I noticed this spider early in the summer on my marigolds. It has really grown. I live in Morton Mississippi, central MS. It is interesting to watch. Almost always in the same place if not on the same flower.

These spiders are amazing to watch. If you ever get one in your garden, you'll see them every year thereafter. They are spectacular hunters. They lie in wait for their prey. Almost every afternoon, I can walk by where one of them are and see them having their afternoon meal.

I have found these spiders on my datura plants. They seem
to be very alert and seem to watch me when I move around
near them. My datura plants are the only place I have seen
them.

I'd never seen one of these before this year; I noticed it only on a bromeliad I had sitting on my back porch.
