Unusual Seed Swap 08 Announcement

Greenbush, MI(Zone 4b)

My "wish list": Cobaea (Seander), Jap. MG (beckygardener), Dbl. Peach hollyhock (Theresa), Bonnie Butterfly Bush (Danita), Terrestial orchids (Potagere), and Helianthus "Orange Sun". I don't want veggies because i don't grow them anymore. I know all of you have wonderful seeds and I will appreciate any I get.

Thanks Theresa,
Please pardon my "airheadedness" sometimes. My Fibro has me nearly blind with pain and muscle cramps lately, so it effects my gray matter.

Coos Bay, OR(Zone 9a)

I would love to have Danita's Veronica eveline if there is enough.
I am assuming my seeds arrived in your mailbox. Hope so.

Morgantown, WV(Zone 6a)

Still haven't received mine??? They said 2-3 days, 4 days ago. LOL I just feel bad that I didn't email you a list of what I mailed. I know there were 57 packets but can't remember what they were. Wait! I'm going to go look in Word, I may have saved the labels I printed. If so, I will dmail you my list shortly.

Marine City, MI(Zone 5a)

momcat, your seeds arrived today!
Keep sending in those wish lists everyone so I can get started on dividing them all up!
Theresa

northeast, IL(Zone 5a)

OH, good, I was getting worried. Glad they finally showed up.

Winston Salem, NC(Zone 7a)

Theresa,
I would love some Stock, Nicotiana or any other fragrant plants. Color and fragrance, I guess are what I would like to try. I'm still looking over all of the seeds on your long list. ;o) Wow, what a selection!
Anything that comes will be exciting to discover and very much appreciated. I hope you have some people assisting you in dividing things up!
I have some things that I will be collecting seeds from for the next swap. This sure is Fun!

GA, GA(Zone 7b)

Theresa, I just paypaled you my postage.

Are there a total of 24 lists posted so far?

Marine City, MI(Zone 5a)

no, there are two more pages making 27 lists.

GA, GA(Zone 7b)

Hmmm, I thought that might be the case.
I can only see 6 pages with 24 lists. I tried refreshing the pages and still only see 6 pages. Anyone else have the same problem?

Morgantown, WV(Zone 6a)

Only 6 that I see.

Morgantown, WV(Zone 6a)

I think they must have sent my seeds by pony express. But even that should be there by now. Not like it's clear across the country. I mailed something on Monday, to my dad in the Cleveland area. He had it by Wednesday. So it's only a few hours further to MI. Wonder why is it taking days longer!

I only see listings up to page 6 with #24 Ana.

Morgantown, WV(Zone 6a)

Today I can see page 7 & the new entries on page 6.
May I please add
#27 Momcat - Butterfly bush Black Knight to my wish list?
Please, oink, oink, please!

Marine City, MI(Zone 5a)

i deleted the guestbook and it made enough room to see page 7 now :)
thanks for everyones patience.

South West, LA(Zone 9a)

Do you want us to edit our original wish list post for additions or make a new post? What will be easier for you?
Caren

Marine City, MI(Zone 5a)

caren, everyone can just dmail me or post here their additions to their wish lists.

Greenbush, MI(Zone 4b)

I'll take some "Blck Knight" butterfly bush if there is enough. (Momcat)

Marine City, MI(Zone 5a)

Pam, the seeds arrived! yippee.............

Morgantown, WV(Zone 6a)

One full week later! GRR! Well at least they are finally there. Am I the last one? That's the story of my life. Off hand, I don't ever remember being early for anything. Unfortunately, that seems to be a trait I passed on to 2 out of 3 of my kids. My 2 grown sons have the habit of getting up about the time they should already be somewhere. They're good workers & great kids, but they are both still on west coast time although living in the eastern time zone. LOL

Winston Salem, NC(Zone 7a)

Pam...You have just diagnosed my problem! I was born on the west coast and live on the east. No wonder I run late!
Thanks for the insight. Now I'll know the reason to give when I'm late!

Marine City, MI(Zone 5a)

hey morning glory and yellow lovers! Everyone will be receiving this one from me. Hope its unusual enough for you all!

Ooooh! I would love the MG seeds and this one:
1 of [code: 3329] African Daisy Jaffa Ice @ 0.99

Fair Grove, MO(Zone 6b)

The MG is cool and can you put this one on my list?

1 of [code: 2182] Poppy Black Peony @ 0.99

Marine City, MI(Zone 5a)

hey isnt this fun!!!! Now anyone else wanting to add any of the above from my post please post here and I'll add them to your list, easy as that!
Now for those of you wondering what the extra dollar is for???? Well, I have severa different things to add to your packets. Some are these seeds that I mentioned in my above post, and some are completely different items. Dont ya just love a mystery? hehehe

That yellow MG is wonderful!

And, I like any of these from your list above:

[code: 1688] Amaranthus Joseph's Coat @ 0.99
[code: 2880] Baby Blue Eyes Pennie Black @ 0.99
[code: 8965] Gourd - Snake @ 0.49
[code: 3288] Cabbage : Ornamental : Rose Bouquet F1 @ 0.99
[code: 3329] African Daisy Jaffa Ice @ 0.99

Now that was hard to choose; they are all so pretty. I picked a few just in case there wasn't enough of one of them for all who liked it. It wasn't until I was 1/2 done looking for the pics, I thought..."OH! they are alphabetical" on the site. LOL

Thanks again for all your hard work!

April

Edelweiss sounds good to me, but any flower is fine if it is spoken for.

BirdieBlue -Both my sons were born in WV, so they had the eastern start, but once they lived out west for a while they were never able to completely shake it when they moved back.

Theresa,

Please disregard my former message to your Dmail---I was lost, now I'm found (that sounds familiar!)
First, I'd like to ask you if what you have listed is already bought from the seed company or are you ordering as you go along? Second, if you are ordering as you go along, can we go to the site and then telll you what we would like?
So far I would like: Black peony poppy and Aquilegia "Firecracker". If you can orer more from the site, please let me know.

Carol

Greenbush, MI(Zone 4b)

I'll have some Yellow morning glory too. Where did that one come from; it's not on your list?

Carol

Theresa, I don't know how you can handle all these questions, seeds, mailings, etc, etc, etc! You should be thanked over and over again!!!!!!!
