Happy Easter Everyone!!!
Don, I hope your results come back telling you that you are as healthy as a 20 year old! :) I hope your nanners come back from the roots, too!! Been potting up over 40 things I got in one box yesterday and I am whooped, but not complaining! LOL
I'm sending you a big Bouquet of Spring Flowers
I potted up some dianthis last night. They were big plugs so transfered to 4 inchers. Can't wait to be able to put out plants for the season.
Me too!
About a couple more weeks and the hardy ones can go out first!
I AM READY!!!! :)
Hey Don, do you think you could help this person with their question? It has been up a couple days with no response and I haven't a clue.

Hey Don, just wanted to say thanks again! I just hate it when posts go unanswered.
Don is truly a wonderful human being! Thank you Patty for raising a fine fella!
Will be praying your MRI results be a good one.
My fingers will be crossed too, Don. Aloha.
Yes, Jaye, he undoubtedly was raised well! :) And I'll add my toes! :)
Back to work after a week of vacation.
You all have fun in the garden today!!!!
We will think of you, Don, while we play in the dirt. :)
Be careful Don, don't over do it.
Find out Sat/29th 9am.
Wind blew and blew and blew, and is still blewing!!!LOL
Just be careful you don't topple over, Don! :)
YIPEEEEEEEEEEE just checked the weather and no freezing nights in sight for the next week or more!
It will be close to freezing here in the mornings but not as bad as today. I hope it's really nice this weekend down there.
Wind's still a howling here too.
I sooo want to peek at my basjoo...3 weeks til last frost date :{
Well, peek and cover it back up! :oP
Well it's really wrapped....cage..leaves..double bagged and tied ha ha ha! it's alive or smothered to death. :)
LMAO!!! Best leave it alone then! :)
hey did those nanner seed ever pop up?
NO! sigh!!! none of them did. :( I did finally get a red striped canna to germinate, though, and it is still alive! :)
OK, going nighty night! Sleep tight all!!! ♥
Sweet Dreams!!
Uncovered mine and the top of the corm was mush, scraped it off until I came to a hard corm,6 ft of trunk was nothing there, just fiber. These were red tiger mikk.didn't cover my basjoos, but haven't seen any green yet.
Do you think they are gonners.
50/50 chance,uncovered basjoo's same thing!
You had a really, really bad winter, Don. Sooo sorry. Hope they will surprise you.
Christi
Me too.I still have to uncover my chinese banana,to see if it made it,if none of these make it,I won't try them again with the other bananas I overwinter, there really is no need to try to overwinter them in the ground.
DH uncovered some of my Cannas today and I had babies popping up!!! :)
no cannas here yet,lucky you!
Hello!! :)
Hope your nanners make it Don.
I had some EE's in my basement ..most are dust. :(
The Cannas did not miss a beat! Need some more Tammy?
Don, I do feel lucky, speshully since it is my first to over winter! :)
Kim, of course I do! LOL I got the Black Magic EE today! :oP
Sheesh looks like only the upright one's made it...the canna rhizomes are really big.
I got jury duty in the morning.Really looking forward to that. ;}
Oh, forgot to say I was sorry about your EE's Kim! :( Why are they dust anyway?
Oh, Jury Duty! I remember when Shaun had to mess with that!!!
Dunno I dusted them with cinnamon and wrapped them in newspaper..they just withered away.
But you know Tammy I can almost swear a whole box is missing but DH says he knows not a thing...mmmmm.
So they got too dry then, right? I keep all of mine sitting in water, at all times, less I forget! And you know me, I have CRS!!! LOL
HMMMMMMMM tell DH he best not be talkin in his sleep about a missing box! TEEEHEEE
Hahahaha!!! We all get that from time to time. I'll try the water next time. If I don't find that box maybe a tool or 2 will grow feet ;^). I'm signing off nite all!!!
UHHO Dh best be finding your box! LOL
Nighty Night and have loads of fun tomorrow! :oP
