Th...Read Moree flavor is sweet, as opposed to upland cress which is mostly hot. Sweet and hot is a wonderful combination when balancing with bitter salad greens. Commercial mixes would be well advised to add it to their repertoire so they do not have to rely on bland rather than bitter (and healthier) greens.
