mine blooms in March.new buds are dark burgandy. flowers open dk rose and fade to light pink and finally near white. As all of these colors can be seen on the plant at the same time, it can be quite stunning.
Blooms are beautiful but tends to have problems with leaf spot and mold immediately after spring blooming in the Pacific Northwest.
