Philodendron 'Albo-Maculata'

This is a 'sport' of Philo Imbe albo variegata gone crazy with too much variegation and seems stable producing the very white leaves with...Read More small speckles of green variegation and if grown in bright light with pink overtones. Older leaves eventually fading to light green, thus providing enough chlorophyll to nourish the plant. This and other occasional philo 'albo variegatas' sporting this somewhat stable trait are called "ghosts". I have Imbe albo variegata, Emerald Queen albo variegata, & Philo X 'Florida' albo variegata produce these stable 'ghosts' and not revert back to the albo variegata patterning. Whether or not they would be considered separate cultivars is up to the 'pros'!
