It seems healthy. I water it once or twice a week. I wonder if it just a slow grower indoors, or if it will suddenly grow more after a bit more time.
edit~I read that if your plant is from a tissue culture that it will not get as big of leaves or growth habbit as other propigation methods. I have yet to get a leaf bigger than 6" in diameter.
