I wish I knew how to get the picture from my cell phone of this squash and plant on to this site. The plant is really different than any other. The stems are bright yellow and the leaves varigated, The squash do well baked and pureed and frozen. Skin and all as the skin is fairly thin. Does not keep well in the frig tho. Needs to be kept in a cool,dry area. As soon as you see any sign of deterioration, bake them and puree and freeze! Use them just the same as for a pumpkin pie recipe.
