Its in an old leaky used-to-be fountain so now in its 3rd or 4th year, it dries out too quickly. However, it has wandered into bushes and is loaded with 2 inch yellow pendulous flowers. Looks more impressive than with just a few blooms. Pretty blue/green foliage.
