I grow it in full sun in my zone 8b-9a garden. The color and size of blooms are both amazing. The only negative is that deer and rabbits will both eat it. The foilage is a dark flat green which is also a treat. Watered twice a week and set in 4-5 hours of sun a day. Remove spent flowers to encourage new blooms. Still blooming plenty here in late October! A garden favorite.
