It bloomed the entire time it was in the ground and was extremely visible from the road, (150 ft away). I just loved this plant and wish I would have gotten more. If I'd known earlier, I would have dug it up and brought it inside and took cuttings to make more. I agree with previous posts, do not over-water. Highly recommend this plant.

This plant also over-wintered in my garden this year (2004-2005).
Colorful, hardy, low maintenance flowering plants great around trees or front of borders. Mine grow as perenials in zone 8b
