The color is deep and striking fire-engine red. A standout for ornamental pepper jelly because the red is so intense and the flavor is so good. Made jelly with just the Georgia Flame (no bell peppers) and it was a huge success. Great heat without the heat taking over. My kids don't like peppers, but are shameless with the Georgia Flame Jelly.

This is a very nice, mild hot pepper, crunchy with a good fruity flavor eaten fresh. Grows best in semi-shade. Also suitable for pickles.
