I have to keep watered in the summer, else it droops and leaves turn yellow right away. I loses its foliage in our winters, but it comes right back in early spring. In summer of 2010 I got a few distinctly variegated fig. This year, hardly noticeable. Don't know if it's weather related. Foliage is green, only fruit is variegated.
