I've t...Read Moreried pruning it pretty hard and it still looks thin and spindly. In my garden this plant needs to be surrounded by bulkier shrubs to give it more substance. I saw one in the neighborhood which was growing in shade and was stretched out to over ten feet tall.

I believe this is the deepest blue version so far and it is gorgeous, growing in my back yard in San Diego.
