This has always been...Read More a difficult rose to locate because it will not strike root from cuttings very well and even the grafting can be problematic in its' success. However this flower is absolutely gorgeous in its stippled blending from a pale center blending into wine pink and finally a near burgundy pink near the edges of the large petals. It's a semidouble flower and opens out flat. Like the other handpainted roses, these are a collector's plant: hard to find, a bit harder to grow, and they draw "wows" from visitors to the garden.
