The vines hung downward and made a beautiful living wall decoration. Does well indoors. Outdoors requires protection from too much sun and cold.

I kept it in it's pot when I got my house until about 10 yrs ...Read Moreago, I let it grow out into a plantbed and keep it contained to an area about 8'x2'. No idea how long the vine is, I let it fold over onto itself, cutting it back a bit occasionally. It would climb if I gave it a chance. It doesn't grow as quickly as my other philodendron so it is easy to keep in it's area. It gets a good amount of sun, but also gets more water where it is than a lot of the rest of my garden.
