The f...Read Morelower spike is quite lovely with tiny yellow blooms. Living in south Florida I have it growing outside under dappled shade with tubs of aloe vera. The leaves may be used like medicinal aloe and have similar skin soothing properties. Slow growing, but doesn't need a lot of attention, either.
Went out to inspect bulbine after writing initial post and was excited to notice that after the tiny blooms wither and fall small, pea sized pods are forming along the flower spike. Could be I have seeds?
