Much more cool tolerant though tha...Read Moren z11 rating would lead you to believe. Its fine on the porch in 10a or even high 9b. Even 2007's (28f)cold did not bother it very much.
Takes it's time growing..fine with me. A small and different jewel.

The flowers give off a wonderful, slightly chocolate smell that does get more potent at night. It is watered once a week and water is allowed to stay in its saucer. It roots VERY easily in water. Its leaves are a deep, glossy green, flowers a blush pink, it has woody-looking stems and a milky sap.
