The whole plant will bust out with flowers for a few weeks. The flowers will spread such a sweet scent in the garden. I keep my hoya hanging under a shady tree all year long, mostly gets rain water, but I do water when it dries out with my rain barrel water. I give it my orchid fertilizer when I think about it in the spring and summer months. Winter I do bring it into the Florida room if we dip below 50 degrees, although I've forgotten and it fares well in upper 40's for a several hours. This one will burn in the sun.
