This year, they have tripled in size, and now are blooming, about 10 stalks per clump.
The most impressive attribute is how they compliment our nice ornamental Plum tree, and the Japanese Maple.
They have a formal, "quiet" look rather than happy and fancy-free.
Bad: Deer magnets. Also attracted those little bright green pests this Spring - thrips?
Neutral: Pests (including Bambi) are controllable with diligent spraying.
