While this is more of a brilliant gold than orange the red/magenta edged petals give a lovely balanced orange/red effect with medium sized tea blooms. I'm one of those evil types that uses chemical pesticides and fungicides and fertilizers on a regular basis, because I don't like rot and I don't like bugs, and in regulated conditions this one has grown for me picture perfect. No problems battling fungus and my first spring bloom of 12 flowers on this plant is moving on to 31-93 blooms for summer. I can't wait to see what the fall bloom will bring. Hopefully early winter will be mild so I can get another bloom out of this puppy.
