Got my cannas today and learned that they need to be protected from frost. We are in zone 5b.... Can grow outdoors but must be moved insi...Read Morede or dug up and stored through the frosty winter months.

Will grow to about 3- 3 1/2 feet, these do best in full sun but will tolerate part shade. Soil must be well drained or you risk rotting. Are hardy in zones 8 and up.

Can be grown indoors as a house plant if you have the space for a 3 foot tall plant.
