However, since it is the 1st bloom I have seen, I could see some Pink later. Note: The 2nd bloom that appeared did have more pink and I am much happier with the flower.

The pink/mauve bi-tone flowers (quite different from "Maker's Mark", which I also grow) are different and appealing. This plant has always grown well for me. One point: it's a WARM climate rebloomer. Here in Michigan, it has tried to rebloom for me once or twice but always in mid to late November when the stalks get cut down by frost. That point aside, it's a variety that everyone should have in their garden.
