Needs a well drained, fertile soil in full sun. Isn't frost hardy so will need to be kept indoors in areas where frost is expected.

A curiosity not only for its green flowers but also because it is one of the few green flowered plants which is insect pollinated (entomophilous), most other green flowered plants are wind pollinated (anemophilous).
