Due to the cold, all of my plants appear about a month behind their normal bloom schedule. I anticipate that it will be another month before I see blooms on my other roses.
We are in a windy area and I just added an inch of mulch last fall to protect the rose.
Mine have a blush color and tighter/smaller blooms when it is colder out. Hotter temps bring out the pearly white.
I have very few issues with this rose getting BS and PM. I do use Neem oil, but I don't use it as regularly as I should in such a humid area.

It is so floriferous as to be unbelievable. It's vigor is almost a negative- I have severely pruned it but it keeps growing back to 5' tall. Each bush may have fifty blooms at a time. The scent is not so lemony to me. It has a rose fragrance. It is a beautiful white with a pink blush when it's cool.

I cannot say it is prolific either. Altogether, it is a very slow growing rose bush. I've had it for 2 years but the first year I could hardly detect any growth. It does seem fairly hardy though, I've yet to see any serious disease.
