Still, they may be nice if planted with other tiny natives like spring beauty, toothwort, etc. If you like to look close , you may notice two forms. The nonblooming (for the present year) tend to be smaller and is more like a palm, with one stalk and a few leaves attached. If the plants is larger, with more leaves it is going to bloom. the bud is drooping and hidden under the leaf at first, becoming erect. The flowers is pure white. I suspect its tiny size and flowers are one of the reason why this plant is not offered more, even in native plant nurseries. I collected it from the wild as a hitchhiker on some of the larger common native plants like early meadowrue some years ago.
