Fast growing, as I am picking these after 60 days of growth. The carrot is very crisp and very sweet. The flavor is unique and hard to describe. As you bite into these carrots, it leaves the impression that you just smelled a freshly zested lemon. That is the best way i can describe it. If you like carrots, do yourself a favor and try these, i don't think you will be disappointed.
