American Legend blooms with an unusual,...Read More deep, velvety red 7-8" single flower. It is a very prolific bloomer that grows on a good strong, upright medium-sized bush. The blooms will develop attractive white markings in the hottest weather, and are pure, deep red in cooler weather. American Legend is one of those flowers that jumps out at you, even in a greenhouse or yard full of beautiful flowers. It's big, prolific, and looks more like a flower made of velvet or satin than a real flower made of petals. American Legend is the offspring of Misfire and Living Legend. Released from HVH in 2006.
