I grow my plants in pots, in dappled to part shade. I rarely water in winter, and sporadically in summer. They are mostly green and lush during the winter months, then as the weather warms and they receive more light, they turn a yellow/brownish color with maroon stripes and markings on each leaf. It is a stunning plant in full color. This plant seems to branch more freely than other species of aeonium. It's hard to find in nurseries, at least from my experience. Recently, I've seen it for sale at C/S shows and online. If you have a frost-free environment, I highly recommend this showy aeonium.
