The true 'Magic Dawn' and award-winner is a rose pink self. However, it's been sold for many years as the bicolor posted in most of the pictures above. The actual name of the bicolor is believed to be 'Howdy' .

However, as many will attest, the colors are not the same in this bicolor as 'Howdy'. For the benefit of our readers, we are leaving the photos that are representative of the plant commonly sold under this name; if anyone has the true rose pink self 'Magic Dawn', please post a photo herein.
