I have planted it in a partial shade ...Read Morelocation and I hope it does fine The tag that was on the container stated that it can take cold down to 10 degrees and that will be a good thing also as we sometimes have some very cold weather. I have 8 other varieties of Camellia around my yard and all have been put in partial shade and are doing very well and I get lots of very pretty flowers during the Winter time.
