does great in flooding in summer and ry weather in summer. which suggest same conditions we have in south east florida.

my usage will be in swale planting.
in south east florida our streets and swales flood only daily for 1 hour and then receed leaving wet soggy soils in summer. and in wwinter when the rainy season is over we receive little to no rain, but instead replaced with dry cool and sunny warm weather and soils dry out to almost droughty conditions.

the height of this plant 1-2 ft suggests a good swale-side
plant.

we in southeast florida are always looking for plants that can take the extremes of our summers and winters.
