Very hardy; it almost laughed at even the aphids. My favorite easy grower. It likes the sun, but tolerates some shade very well. Plan for a HUGE bush simply covered with the most delicately fragrant little rosebuds. It will be the centerpiece of your garden. I loved making tiny bouquets of cecile brunner and flowers and foliage of the herbs growing in the same large bed. Looks great with oregano, marjoram, scented geranium & rosemary.
