Double-Trouble is perhaps the most flor...Read Moreiferous double we have grown yet at HVH, as can be seen from the budded up plant shown here. It is not uncommon to count 30 or more developing buds at one time on a mature bush! Double-Trouble blooms with huge, bright, red-orange and yellow, double flowers that are 7-9" across. The double petals increase and become fuller, and the yellow highlights come out and brighten as the weather warms up. Double-Trouble's bush tends to stay short and compact, growing to only about 4' in height. Double-Trouble is one of the better successes of HVH's hybridizing goals to produce better hibiscus bushes with more constant blooming. Released in 2004 from HVH.
