I am very unimpressed with this as a use for a groundcover.. I does not fill in, I just have 3-4ft runners from the base of the plant that spread out but no filling out of those runners at all, put it this way it looks like a flatten spider. Maybe the first couple years it was pretty much in the shade which I understand it grows well in but now with some tree removal and sun in this actual area for about 6 hours we will see if it helps this plant out at all.

It may have anti-freeze for blood, but unless you're rich, and have an entire area installed with ZERO spacing, having a lawn full of it is almost inconceivable.
