I grew it in a pot fo...Read Morer several years but it has done much better in the ground. It gets a couple hours of direct sun here on the coast but I think it would prefer high dappled shade. I just harvested seed from it. I used both A. triphyllum 'Black Jack' and A. tortuosum pollen. I will be happy with either or both hybrids. I have used it for hybridizing in the past. It crossed readily with A. consanguineum, the progeny of which I crossed with A. candidissimum, they are still small. The leaves are a pale green, but that could be from lack of fertilizer or too much sunlight. It is a spectacular accent plant.
