Allardii bloomed almost constantly in my garden. For over five years I enjoyed it in two places with not a single seedling popping up. This cold winter appears to have killed it; there's no sign it's coming back from its roots although I would love it if it would. I'd originally purchased it from Kartuz Greenhouse which is sold out of them.

The flowers are pretty - looks like an alien flower. It's viney and in Virginia beach, in my back yard, it just keeps going on.
