I have tried growing on the seedlings in the ground and in a pot. The ones in the pot didn't survive the first winter and the ones in the ground are doing very well. It looks like I even have new seedlings coming up this year. I am glad for the seedlings because I am not sure I want to divide my mother plant after my research. I may have to give it a try one of these years. Mine have bloomed from the first year I bought it.
Spring of 2022 I dug up my plants and put them in a raised bed. They did ok but not as good. I removed the raised bed and transplanted the tubers in fall 2022. I got 5 plants out of the 3. It seemed they self divided. In 2023, they did not bloom. I thought at first they didn't get enough sunlight as there were a lot of seedlings of other plants that grew around them. Now I am wondering if they are planted too deep.

Eremurus bulbs are expensive but I always save part of my budget for at least a couple of them and they are usually available for sale late in the season.
