Lightly sauteed and served with balsamic vinegar, the greens are delicious.

But eating-wise there...Read More just wasn't much substance or flavor to it for me. The plant is mostly rather tough stem with very little leaf. Not much to eat for the square footage it takes up. It was very quick-growing and easy though.
