It is now a small leggy tree (about 12 ft tall) and suffering competition from the cedar but it does bloom. My plants are "jungle tested" in that there is no coddling and sometimes severe neglect. It could do better and be bigger. A great "forest" rhody but doesn't like to be around maples. I was told it was "Loderi, venus" and it has fragrant light pink flowers
