TB 33" From Bonnewitz Iris catal...Read Moreog for 1926: "We are told this French name means 'half-mourning' so you must not expect this Iris to contain bright colors. S. pansy-violet shaded copper; F. red-violet with white markings; yellow beard stippled brown."
33" stalks with the dainty flowers about 3 1/2" tall. This plant is in dappled shade for several hours during the heat of the day. These were purchased from Superstition Iris several years ago and this is the first year they've bloomed.
