Cover the container and keep it warm (about 18 degrees will do). i found a 2 litre drink bottle to work well as you can cut several inches of the middle and slot the two pieces together.
Within ten days, the seeds should be splitting and roots appearing. When the seed case is mostly split, carefully remove to let cotyledons appear. Job done! i've had 100 percent success rate with this method.
