It is an endangered endemic wildflower only found in three counties of Florida, Hernando, Lake and Sumter.
It is an inconspicuous plant and is easily overlooked. It grows low to the ground and has quite small flowers. I have found this in many other locations in Hernando County … two of them being my last two properties.
