"Perennial with stems 3-10 cm high; basal rosette-leaves oval or obovate...Read More, about 1 cm long, rather succulent; cauline leaves 2-3 pairs, ovate or oval, 0.5-1.5cm long; calyx-lobes lanceolate; corolla 12-18 mm long, greenish blue, the lobes ovate, the plaits between the lobes entire".
Habitat: "Moist subalpine and alpine banks and ridges"; east Asia; Alaska, Yukon, western Mackenzie south to BC and Alberta.
